ABOUT ME

Hey, I’m Amanda!

I’m a multi-dimensional being here to rewrite the way we show up, love, create, and move through this world.

For twenty years, I lived the rhythm of a professional performance career—starting at 11, deep in the world of artistry, expression, and embodiment. That journey shaped me, but it was never the full story.

My hunger for depth, wisdom, and real transformation led me beyond the stage and into the heart of what it means to truly live, love, and lead.

From the temples of India to the jungles of Bali, from NYC’s pulse to the raw beauty of Hawai’i, I’ve moved through portals of evolution—each one stripping away the noise and bringing me home to myself. Along the way, I’ve guided others through that same homecoming.

I don’t exist in one box, title, or modality. I move in the space between—where magic meets the mundane, where divinity and raw humanity dance together, where we embrace the messiness and the beauty, the fire and the softness.

My work is trauma-informed, intuitive, and rooted in reclamation. I meet you where you are, honoring the path you’ve walked and the power you already hold.

Because the truth? You don’t need fixing. You don’t need saving. You are already whole. Already worthy. Already carrying everything you seek.

I’m just here to hold up a mirror—to remind you of your own magic while we walk each other home.

THAT TIME I WAS A DANCER

Before transitioning into what I consider purpose work, I spent the first three decades of my life devoted to dance.

Some performance highlights include:

  • Performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC with Debbie Allen, ages 11 and 12

  • Performed at the George Washington Masonic Temple in Washington, DC with the Capital City Opera, age 11

  • Performed in the Nutcracker with the Moscow Ballet, age 13

  • Performing in Italy and Spain, age 15

  • Worked with legends like Ann Reinking, Twyla Tharp, and Desmond Richardson

  • Performed 2 years at the Life Ball in Vienna, Austria (largest charity event for AIDS)

  • Performed at the Stanislavsky Theater in Moscow, Russia

  • Performed 9 years as a Rockette at Radio City Music Hall where I also performed on The Today Show, The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, The Michael Buble Christmas Special, America’s Got Talent, and more

I know what it takes to bring a vision to life—to turn raw potential into embodied reality.

Years of dedication to my craft taught me not just about movement, but about the body as a vessel for emotion, resilience, and transformation.

I’ve lived the full spectrum: the discipline and devotion, the exhilaration and exhaustion, the art of endurance, and the power of presence. I understand what it means to rise after rejection, to express the inexpressible, to move through life with both grace and grit.

HEALING ARTS & WOMEN’S WORK

In 2021, I fully transitioned from the performing arts into what I now call the healing arts—though, in truth, they’ve always been connected. Movement, expression, and transformation have always been at the heart of my work.

My journey has led me to teach yoga, lead sound bath meditations, and offer energy healing in some of NYC’s and Upstate New York’s most renowned spaces, including:

  • Ludlow Fitness in the Lower East Side of Manhattan

  • The Wellth Collective at the Public Hotel

  • The beloved Laughing Lotus yoga studio in Chelsea

  • Upstate NY boutique hotels like Callicoon Hills, the Arnold House, and Kenoza Hall

  • Seminary Hill Cidery

  • Yo1 Resort and Spa

  • Bethel Woods Center for the Arts

  • The Delaware Valley Art Alliance (DVAA)

  • Taconic Capital (a $40 million investment management firm)

  • The Farmer's Dog company retreat

  • Several bachelorette parties, wedding parties, and getaway wellness weekends

But beyond the titles and techniques, my deepest work has been cultivating spaces for connection, healing, and collective empowerment.

I founded a local sisterhood in Upstate NY that grew to over 400 women, creating spaces where they could meet, celebrate, and support one another. I also created and hosted the annual International Women’s Day Celebration, a multi-day virtual event that, over two years, featured 30+ facilitators and nearly 100 attendees.

At my core, I am a community builder, culture-shaper, and space holder. I create platforms for others to share their gifts, weave connections, and remember their own power. My work isn’t just about healing—it’s about reclamation, expansion, and coming home to ourselves, together.

ROOTED, RISING, & RECLAIMING

I moved to the Big Island in July 2023, where the island has unbuilt me—stripping away illusions, clearing karma, and guiding me back to my own innate power, safety, and self-worth.

Through every wave, every breath of fresh air, every moment in communion with the ‘aina, I’ve been cracked open—expanded. Supported. Guided.

Life here isn’t just paradise; it’s a portal. One that keeps pulling me deeper into my own becoming.

I teach yoga at a couple of the island’s most beautiful resorts, manage a new yoga studio, and teach dance in two others.

Movement is still my first language, but the conversation has changed—it’s no longer about performance; it’s about presence.

This year, I’m bringing back the CREATRx Collective EmpowHer Summit (formerly the International Women’s Day Celebration), a space for women to gather, rise, and reclaim their voices.

I’ve also written, compiled, and am publishing my first poetry book, with more books already waiting in the wings.

I don’t just dream—I alchemize. I don’t just move—I embody. Life keeps evolving, and so do I. And I love every wild, messy, magic-filled moment of it.
